1979 No. 140 FEDERAL COURT RULES - RULE 25.4

4. Where, in a proceeding concerning property, it appears to the Court or a
Judge that the property is more than sufficient to answer the claims on the
property for which provision ought to be made in the proceeding, the Court or
the Judge may allow any part of the property to be conveyed, transferred or
delivered to any person having an interest in the property.
