1979 No. 140 FEDERAL COURT RULES - RULE 28.5

Stay or dismissal
5. (1) Where the Court orders that the applicant provide security for costs,
it may order-

   (a)  that the proceeding on any claims by the applicant for relief be
        stayed until security is provided; or

   (b)  that if the applicant fails to comply with the order to provide
        security within the time limited in the order, the proceeding be
        thereafter stayed or dismissed.

(2) Subject to sub-rule (1), the Court may set aside or vary any order made
under this Order.

(3) Where a proceeding stands dismissed pursuant to an order under this Order,
that order shall not be set aside or varied except in special circumstances.
