1979 No. 140 FEDERAL COURT RULES - RULE 30.1

1. (1) Where the time for taking any step in a proceeding has ceased to run
and no date has been fixed for the hearing of a proceeding, a party not in
default may give notice of trial.

(2) A notice of trial shall be given by filing a notice in accordance with
form 44 of the First Schedule.

(3) A party filing a notice of trial shall serve the notice on all other
parties to the proceeding within 5 days after filing it.
