1979 No. 140 FEDERAL COURT RULES - RULE 30.4

Restoration to the list 
4. Where a matter has been stood out of the list and a party wishes to restore
the matter to the list he shall, unless the Court otherwise orders-

   (a)  move on notice for a directions hearing; or

   (b)  if the matter has proceeded on pleadings and is ready for trial-give a
        notice of trial.
