1979 No. 140 FEDERAL COURT RULES - RULE 34.6

Further expert evidence
6. Where, pursuant to this Order, a court expert has made a report on any
question-

   (a)  any party may adduce evidence of one other expert on the same
        question, but only if he has, at a reasonable time before the
        commencement of the trial, hearing or examination at which he adduces
        the evidence, given to the other interested parties notice of his
        intention to do so; but

   (b)  subject to paragraph (a), a party shall not adduce evidence of any
        other expert on the same question, except with the leave of the Court.
