1979 No. 140 FEDERAL COURT RULES - RULE 35.9

9. (1) In any proceedings, the Court may take judicial notice of any order of
the Court in the proceedings.

(2) In any proceedings, the Court may be informed of an order of the Court in
the proceedings by (amongst other things) reference to a note made by the
Judge making the order or by an associate or other proper officer.
