1979 No. 140 FEDERAL COURT RULES - RULE 36.9

9. (1) A party may enter an order by filing it in the form in which it has
been settled by the Registrar.

(2) The Registrar may enter an order under sub-rule (1) on the direction of
the Court or the request of a party.
