1979 No. 140 FEDERAL COURT RULES - RULE 39.10

Certificate of Registrar
10. (1) The Registrar shall certify the results of the account or inquiry
which he has taken or held pursuant to rule 9, and shall deliver a copy of the
certificate to each party and, unless within 7 days of the delivery thereof to
him any party objects the Registrar shall deliver the certificate to a Judge,
who, without the attendance of any party, may make an order that the person
liable pay the amount so certified to be due to any party.

(2) Upon an order being made pursuant to sub-rule (1), the Registrar shall
deliver a copy of the order to each party.

(3) Where an objection is made under sub-rule (1), the Registrar shall give
notice of the objection to the other party and list the matter for hearing
before the Court and deliver his certificate to the Court.

(4) Upon a hearing pursuant to sub-rule (3) it shall be a matter for the Court
as to what weight should, in the circumstances of the case, be given to the
certificate of the Registrar.
