1979 No. 140 FEDERAL COURT RULES - RULE 44.1

Interpretation
1. In this Order, unless the context or subject matter otherwise indicates or
requires-
    " claimant " means a person making a claim to property in dispute;

    " execution creditor " means a person on whose behalf process is issued;

    " process " means process for execution issued by or under the authority
of the Court;
    " property in dispute " means any debt or property which is the subject of
proceedings under this Order.
