1979 No. 140 FEDERAL COURT RULES - RULE 45.1
Power to act by solicitor
1. (1) Every matter or thing which under the Act or the Rules or otherwise by
law is required or allowed to be done by a party may be done by his solicitor.
(2) Sub-rule (1) does not apply where the context or subject matter otherwise
indicates or requires.
