1979 No. 140 FEDERAL COURT RULES - RULE 5.14
Setting aside default judgment
14. Where judgment on a cross-claim is pronounced and an order made in default
of appearance or where applicable, in default of defence or in consequence of
default in compliance with an order or direction of the Court, the Court may
set aside or vary the judgment or order.
