1979 No. 140 FEDERAL COURT RULES - RULE 52.12

12. (1) An appeal shall be instituted by filing a notice of appeal which shall
be in or substantially in the form numbered 55 in the First Schedule.

(2) A notice of appeal shall be filed-

   (a)  if the appeal is from the judgment of the Supreme Court of a State or
        Territory-in the District Registry in that State or Territory; and

   (b)  if the appeal is from a single Judge of the Court-in the Registry at
        the proper place.
