1979 No. 140 FEDERAL COURT RULES - RULE 52.2

Service
2. Where in this Order service is required of a document it may be effected-

   (a)  in the case of a notice of appeal or an application for leave to
        appeal-

        (i)    by serving a signed and sealed copy of the document personally
               on the party to be served; or

        (ii)   by delivering a signed and sealed copy of the document to that
               party's address for service in the proceeding in the court
               appealed from; and

   (b)  in the case of any other document-

        (i)    by serving it in the manner prescribed in paragraph (a) above;
               or

        (ii)   by serving it in the manner described in Order 7, rule 4 for
               service of documents which need not be served personally.
