1979 No. 140 FEDERAL COURT RULES - RULE 52.21
Amendment by supplementary notice
21. (1) A notice of appeal may, before the date of the appointment made under
rule 24, be amended without leave by filing a supplementary notice.
(2) A party who files a supplementary notice under sub-rule (1) shall serve
and file it in accordance with rule 16 as if it were a notice of appeal.
