1979 No. 140 FEDERAL COURT RULES - RULE 52.37

Expediting appeals
37. (1) The Court or a Judge may at any time make such orders as appear just
for the expediting of the appeal.

(2) A party requiring leave to appeal may move on notice before the Court for
an order that the application for leave to appeal be heard concurrently with
or immediately before the hearing of the appeal, and for such consequential
orders as may be necessary.
