1979 No. 140 FEDERAL COURT RULES - RULE 54.5

5. In addition to the powers of the Court under Order 10 of these Rules the
Court may give directions-

   (a)  that a party serve a copy of the application upon the Attorney-General
        of the Commonwealth;

   (b)  that a party give notice of the application to such persons or classes
        of persons in such manner as the Court directs; and

   (c)  where a notice of objection to competency has been filed by a party,
        that the objection be heard and determined before the hearing of the
        application to which the objection to competency relates.
