1979 No. 140 FEDERAL COURT RULES - RULE 55.5

5. In every notice summoning the meeting which is given by advertisement,
there shall be included a notification of the day to which the application
stands adjourned by order of the Court under sub-rule (7), and a notification
of the place at which and the manner in which contributors or creditors or
others entitled to attend the meeting may obtain copies of the statement
mentioned in paragraph 4 (b) (v). Every contributor or creditor or other
person entitled to attend the meeting shall, on making application in the
manner indicated by the notice, be furnished by the applicant free of charge
with a copy of the statement.
