1979 No. 140 FEDERAL COURT RULES - RULE 58.1

1. (1) An appeal from a decision of the Stevedoring Industry Authority
pursuant to section 45M of the Stevedoring Industry Act 1956 shall be
commenced by application accompanied by an affidavit, in the same manner as
proceedings are commenced under Order 4.

(2) A copy of the decision of the Stevedoring Industry Authority and any
documents tendered in any hearing before that Authority, shall be either
annexed or exhibited to the affidavit accompanying the application.
