1979 No. 140 FEDERAL COURT RULES - RULE 60.1

Proceedings under section 243B of Customs Act
1. (1) A proceeding under section 243B of the Customs Act 1901 shall be
instituted by filing an application in accordance with Order 4, Rule 1.

(2) The applicant shall be described as " The Minister for Business and
Consumer Affairs " (or the Comptroller-General of Customs) as the case may be,

" on behalf of the Commonwealth of Australia ".

(3) The person against whom an order under section 243B is sought shall be
called a defendant.
