1979 No. 140 FEDERAL COURT RULES - RULE 62.10
Notice of taxing costs and copy bill
10. (1) Seven days' notice of the time appointed for the taxation of costs
together with a copy of the bill of costs shall be given by the party or the
solicitor of the party whose costs are to be taxed to the other party or his
solicitor except in cases where that party has not entered an appearance.
(2) The taxing officer may in cases of urgency direct that one day's notice
only shall be given.
