1979 No. 140 FEDERAL COURT RULES - RULE 62.39
Registrars appointed taxing officers
39. (1) The Registrar, District Registrars and Deputy District Registrars are
appointed taxing officers.
(2) The taxing officers shall be assistant to each other.
(3) A taxing officer may, of his own motion, refer any question arising in a
taxation for the direction of the Court.
