1979 No. 140 FEDERAL COURT RULES - RULE 62.41

41. (1) An appointment to tax a bill of costs will be given to the party
bringing in his bill on its being filed and such appointment shall be endorsed
on the bill prior to its being served on all parties affected by the taxation.

(2) Service of the bill shall be effected in accordance with Order 7, rule 4
at least 7 days prior to the date of taxation.
