1979 No. 140 FEDERAL COURT RULES - RULE 64.1

1. Proceedings commenced prior to the date these Rules come into operation
shall continue under the repealed Rules (Statutory Rules 20 and 220 of 1977),
subject to any order or direction of the Court or a Judge.
