1979 No. 140 FEDERAL COURT RULES - RULE 8.12

12. Where a person has given an undertaking as mentioned in rules 7 and 9 and
does not within 7 days after service on him of an account of expenses incurred
in consequence of the request for service, pay to the Registrar of the Court
the amount of the expenses, the Court may, on application by the Registrar of
the Court-

   (a)  order the applicant to pay the amount of the expenses to the Registrar
        of the Court; and

   (b)  stay the proceeding until payment so far as concerns the whole or any
        part of any claim for relief by the applicant.
