1979 No. 140 FEDERAL COURT RULES - RULE 8.6

6. Subject to this Order, where a party-

   (a)  is required by a convention to effect service in a country other than
        Australia in accordance with that convention; or

   (b)  desires to effect service in a country to which a convention applies
        in accordance with the convention, he shall proceed in accordance with
        this Division.
