FEDERAL COURT RULES 2011 (SLI NO 134 OF 2011) - RULE 30.22

                If no party appears when a proceeding is called on for trial the Court may:

                (a)    adjourn the proceeding to a specific date or generally; or

               (b)    order that the proceeding be dismissed.
