FEDERAL COURT RULES 2011 (SLI NO 134 OF 2011) - RULE 30.54

                If there is delay in the prosecution of an account, inquiry or other matter under an order, a party may apply to the Court for an order:

                (a)    staying or expediting the proceeding; or

               (b)    for the future conduct of the proceeding.
