Commonwealth Numbered Regulations Commonwealth Numbered Regulations(1) Material before the Commissioner for the purpose of the decision appealed from is, with the leave of the Court, admissible in evidence on the hearing of the appeal.
(2) In an appeal from a decision under the Patents Act, a party may apply at a directions hearing for an order under section 160 (a) of that Act in relation to the giving of further evidence.
