FEDERAL COURT RULES 2011 (SLI NO 134 OF 2011) - RULE 42.13

                The person charged must be served personally with:

                (a)    the application (whether originating or interlocutory); and

               (b)    the statement of charge; and

                (c)    the affidavits on which the party making the charge intends to rely.
