Commonwealth Numbered Regulations Commonwealth Numbered Regulations(1) For the purposes of paragraph 66(2)(ua) of the Act, the master or owner of a ship for which an exemption is given under section 59F of the Act must inform the Minister, in writing, if information given to the Minister by the applicant for the exemption becomes inaccurate.
(2) The master or owner must inform the Minister as soon as practicable after becoming aware of the inaccuracy.
