HIGH COURT RULES 20042004 No. 304- RULE 56.06
Perusal and inspection
56.06.1 Fees for perusals do not apply where the same solicitor acts for both
parties.
56.06.2 The fees for perusing or inspecting any document shall be
in the discretion of the Taxing Officer but no allowance shall be made unless
it is shown to the satisfaction of the Taxing Officer that there were good and
sufficient reasons for perusing or inspecting the document.
