9.02.1 Personal service of a document is effected by handing to the person a
copy of the document to be served or, if the person does not accept the copy,
by putting the copy down, in the presence of the person to be served and
telling the person the nature of the document.
9.02.2 In the case of
initiating process, the copy for service shall be sealed in accordance with
rule 20.02.
9.02.3 To effect personal service it is not necessary to show the original
document.
