HIGH COURT RULES 20042004 No. 304- RULE 9.05
Address for service
9.05.1 The address for service of a party commencing a proceeding in the Court
shall be the address stated on the originating process as that party's address
for service, or if notice of change of address has been given, the address
last notified as that party's address for service.
9.05.2 The address for
service of a party against whom proceedings have been commenced in the Court
shall be the address stated on that party's notice of appearance, or if notice
of change of address has been given, the address last notified as that party's
address for service.
