NATIONAL LIBRARY REGULATIONS 2018 (F2018L01295) - REG 30

                   A person commits an offence if the person:

                     (a)  is on or in Library property; and

                     (b)  smokes in an area that is not designated for smoking.

Penalty:  5 penalty units.
