PETROLEUM (SUBMERGED LANDS) (MANAGEMENT OF WELL OPERATIONS) REGULATIONS 2004 2004 No. 344 - REG 18
Reasons for withdrawal of acceptance
The Designated Authority may withdraw its acceptance of a titleholder's
accepted well operations management plan if:
- (a)
- the titleholder has not
complied with the Act, these Regulations, or a direction given under section
101 of the Act; or
- (b)
- the titleholder has not complied with the accepted well operations
management plan; or
- (c)
- the Designated Authority is satisfied for any other reason that its
acceptance of the well operations management plan should be withdrawn.
