(1)

A titleholder that has an accepted well operations management plan must carry out well activities for the well in accordance with:

(a)

the accepted well operations management plan; and

(b)

any requirements set out in these Regulations.

Penalty:
50 penalty units.

Note    The Act also requires a titleholder to carry out operations in accordance with good oil-field practice: see section 97.

(2)

An offence against subregulation (1) is an offence of strict liability.
