3. Regulation 10 (Prescribed offices - sections 14 and 25 of the Act) 
3.1 Omit the regulation, substitute: Prescribed offices - sections 14 and 25
of the Act

"10. For the purposes of sections 14 and 25 of the Act, each of the following
offices in the Authority is prescribed:

   (a)  Manager, Eastern Region;

   (b)  Manager, Southern Region;

   (c)  Manager, Western Region.".
