This legislation has been repealed.

WORKPLACE RELATIONS ACT 1996 - SECT 46

Establishment

             (1)  The AFPC Secretariat is established by this section.

             (2)  The AFPC Secretariat is to consist of:

                     (a)  the Director of the Secretariat; and

                     (b)  the staff of the Secretariat.
