WORKPLACE RELATIONS ACT 1996 - SECT 881

Additional effect of Act--freedom of association

             (1)  Without affecting its operation apart from this section, Part 16 also has effect in relation to conduct in Victoria.

             (2)  Subsection (1) has effect despite section 782.
