ADVOCATE FOR CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE ACT 2014 - SECT 11
Acting Advocate
(1) The Governor may, from time to time, appoint a person to act in the office
of the Advocate during the illness or absence of the Advocate (or during a
vacancy in the office of the Advocate) and a person, while so acting, has all
the functions of the Advocate.
(2) The Governor may, at any time, remove a
person from the office of acting Advocate.
(3) The acting Advocate is
entitled to be paid such remuneration (including travelling and subsistence
allowances) as the Minister may from time to time determine.
