ADVOCATE FOR CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE ACT 2014 - SECT 24
Establishment of special inquiry
(1) The Minister may require the Advocate to conduct a special inquiry into a
specified issue affecting children or young people, either at the request of
the Advocate or on the Minister's own initiative.
(2) The Advocate is to
cause public notice of any such special inquiry to be given in a newspaper
circulating throughout the State and in such other manner as the Advocate
considers appropriate.
