AUSTRALIAN JOCKEY AND SYDNEY TURF CLUBS MERGER ACT 2010 - SECT 35

35 Application of Division

This Division applies in relation to each of the following racecourses (an
"applicable racecourse" ) on and from the merger finalisation day:

(a) Randwick Racecourse,

(b) any other racecourse that is owned or controlled by the merged racing club (including any buildings, structures, fixtures, fittings and other improvements on the racecourse).
