Preparation of codes of conduct
177 Preparation of codes of conduct
(1) Every Local Aboriginal Land Council must prepare-- (a) a code of conduct
to be observed by all officers and members of staff of the Council, and
(b) a
code of conduct to be observed by all members of the Council.
(2) The
New South Wales Aboriginal Land Council must prepare a code of conduct to be
observed by all councillors and members of staff of the Council.
(3) A
code of conduct prepared under this section must be submitted to the Registrar
for approval.
(4) The code must be prepared and submitted within the time
directed by the Registrar.
