Court to determine compliance matters
237 Court to determine compliance matters
(1) The Court must hear and determine any matter referred to it by the
Registrar under this Part.
(2) The Court may give such directions as it
considers necessary to determine a matter referred to it.
(3) Any person who
contravenes a direction given by the Court under this Part is guilty of an
offence. : Maximum penalty-- (a) in the case of an individual--80 penalty
units, or
(b) in the case of a corporation--200 penalty units.
