ABORIGINAL LAND RIGHTS ACT 1983 - SECT 42C
Land dealings by Aboriginal Land Councils generally
(1) A land dealing by an Aboriginal Land Council in contravention of
section 42D or 42E is void.
(2) This Division is in addition to any
requirements of or under any other Act in relation to a land dealing.
(3)
This section has effect despite any other Act or law.
