BIOLOGICAL CONTROL ACT 1985 - SECT 8
New South Wales Biological Control Authority
(1) For the purposes of this Act, a New South Wales Biological Control
Authority is established by this section.
(2) The Authority shall be the
Minister of the Crown of the State of New South Wales who is for the time
being-- (a) a member of the Council, and
(b) the Minister administering this
Act.
