CRIMES ACT 1900 - SECT 66B
Attempting, or assaulting with intent, to have sexual intercourse with child under 10
66B Attempting, or assaulting with intent, to have sexual intercourse with
child under 10
Any person who attempts to have sexual intercourse with a child who is under
the age of 10 years, or assaults a child who is under the age of 10 years with
intent to have sexual intercourse, shall be liable to imprisonment for 25
years.
