Provisions consequent on administrative changes and other matters
50F Provisions consequent on administrative changes and other matters
(1) The Governor may, by an administrative arrangements order, make such
provisions as are necessary or convenient to be made for the purpose of
dealing with matters that are incidental to or consequential on administrative
change or the making of an administrative arrangements order.
(2) The
provisions that may be made under this section include-- (a) provisions for
the transfer of any property, rights and liabilities of a superseded authority
(being a Minister, Public Service agency or Public Service employee the
subject of an administrative arrangements order), and
(b) provisions of a
savings or transitional nature.
