COMPANION ANIMALS ACT 1998 - SECT 11J
Issuing of permit
11J Issuing of permit
(1) The Departmental Chief Executive may, after considering an application for
a permit-- (a) issue a permit to the applicant, or
(b) refuse to issue a
permit to the applicant.
(2) The regulations may prescribe mandatory or
discretionary grounds for refusing to issue a permit.
