CHILDREN AND YOUNG PERSONS (CARE AND PROTECTION) ACT 1998 - SECT 28

28 Record of reports and subsequent action

The Secretary must keep a record of--

(a) any report made to the Secretary, and

(b) any action taken as a direct consequence of the report that has a significant effect on the child or young person to whom the report relates.
